Can I cancel/change my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or adjust
your order after the order has been placed.

My order is cancelled, what happened?

It may happen that your order is canceled due to a shortage in stock (for example due to multiple orders at the same time). The purchase amount will be immediately refunded to your account and if you have used Klarna this amount will be removed from your invoice.

When will my order be delivered?

We ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the expected high volume of orders, this may take longer than you are used to from us. Below you will find the estimated delivery dates:

Netherlands: 1-5 business days

Belgium / Germany: 1-5 business days

Europe: 4-8 business days

How can I return my order?

1. Click HERE to register your return.
2. Register your return by entering your e-mail address and your order number.
3. Then select the item (s) you want to return.
4. Select one of the return options. *Please note, the costs for returning are for your own account.
5.IMPORTANT:Add the return form that came with your package to your return package, without this form we cannot process your return.
Requirements:- Orders can be returned up to 30 days after receipt.
- Articles must be unworn and unwashed.
- To exchange your item, you must return the item and place a new order.
- Keep your receipt with the tracking code of the return package in a safe place.
- Return shipments are processed by us within 10 working days after receipt.

Can I return items from different orders in 1 package?

Yes, you can combine several orders in 1 package by registering 1 order number as a return.
Important:Make sure that the return forms of all orders from which you return items are present in the return package, without these forms we cannot process your return. Make it clear to our warehouse that it concerns several orders in 1 package.

Can I exchange an item?

No, we always refund the purchase amount when we processed your return, if you want to receive another size/article you can place a new order.

I have not yet received a refund of my return, what is the status of my return?

Due to the high volume of orders in our warehouse, it may take longer before your return is processed and the purchase amount is refunded to your account. As soon as you have received confirmation that your return package has been delivered to us, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days. If you have used Klarna as a payment method, we will adjust the purchase amount on your invoice.

My return has not been picked up by the forwarder, what should I do?

It may happen that the agreed pick-up time of your return package is unfortunately not feasible for the carrier. In most cases, the carrier will come the next day to pick up your package. If your package has still not been collected, you can contact Returnista via the link below, they will help you with the delivery of your return.

I'm looking for the right size

Purewhite’s styles fit true to size. More info about the fit, shape and
fabric of each item can be found in the product descriptions. If you
need further help, please feel free to contact our customer support via
webshop@purewhite.nl.

I've seen an item elsewhere but can't find it in the webshop

It may occur that you’ve seen one of our items elsewhere, however it is
sold out in our webshop. We suggest keeping an eye on our website on a
regular basis, as the item might get restocked. If you need further
help, please feel free to contact our customer support via
webshop@purewhite.nl.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Sorry that the item you wanted to order is out of stock. We suggest

I'd like to know more about a specific item

The Purewhite collections are made by a team of fashion professionals
who know all the ins and out of the products. We suggest also checking
out the product’s description as you may find your answer there. Haven’t
found your answer? Get in touch with the customer service to ask your question(s) via webshop@purewhite.nl.

I have not received an order confirmation

Usually, it may take up to two hours as soon as you have placed your
order to receive our confirmation email. Make sure to also check your
spam inbox, as it might be hiding in there. Has the payment been
processed but you haven’t received a confirmation within the following
two hours? Please contact our customer service via webshop@purewhite.nl
for assistance.

I'd like to change my order, is that possible?

As soon as you’ve placed an order our team instantly processes your
order to ensure the quickest delivery possible. So if you wish to change
your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status
of your order right away and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are
usually able to change the order for you. If it’s too late to change
your order, it’s best to place a new order as soon as possible and
return the order you wanted to change.

When will my order be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email
within two hours. Next, we will start to process your order as soon as
possible. When the order is ready to ship, you will receive another
email with the tracking information. You can use this information to
track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

How can I cancel my order?

As soon as you’ve placed an order our team instantly processes your

your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status
of your order right away and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are
usually able to cancel the order for you. If it’s too late to cancel
your order, just return your original order and get a refund.

Which payment methods are available?

At the moment we offer the following payment options:

My payment has failed. What to do?

If your payment failed after you went through the payment procedure you’ll get a notification. There are a few things you can try first that might work: deleting your cookies and cache data, using a different browser or using a different payment method. If none of this works, please contact our customer services.

Is the purchase amount shown on your bank statement, however the
order still seems to have failed? Contact our customer services right
away by sending an email with the screenshot of the payment to webshop@purewhite.nl, so that we can start processing your order.

I'm looking for my invoice, where to find it?

You can find your invoice in your account and in the email you received containing the order confirmation. If you can’t find the invoice in your account nor the confirmation email, please contact our customer service via webshop@purewhite.nl so we can (re)send it to you.

What is VAT?

VAT or Value Added Tax, are the taxes paid on top of the value from
sales of products or services. Both customers inside and outside the EU pay VAT on their purchases. If you purchase from within the EU the VAT is included in the price of our products. If you purchase from outside of the EU, it will be paid in the form of import duties.

My package has not been delivered yet

We first suggest checking the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. If the estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct, please check you email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors address or your
delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still can’t find the
whereabouts of your package? Get in touch with our customer support via webshop@purewhite.nl to insure a quick delivery of your order.

What is your return policy?

You can return your ordered, unused items, that aren’t worn or washed within 30 days with the labels attached and in their original package using our return form.
For hygiene reasons face masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged. We don’t accept returned socks if the packaging has been opened.

I received a faulty item

You can return faulty items within 30 days after you received them. Get in touch with our customer service by sending an email including pictures to webshop@purewhite.nl.

Can I exchange an item?

Using the same steps and form as you would if you’d return the items,
you can exchange an item. However, as the item(s) might sell out in the meantime, we suggest returning the items you want to exchange and place a new order to make sure you receive the items you want.

Have you received my returned order?

As soon as we’ve received your returned items we’ll process it within the first working day. It takes a maximum of 10 working days to process your return. To make sure your return is on its way please check the T&T code of the parcel. Has the 10 working days passed please contact our customer service via webshop@purewhite.nl.
